OH Ghee Chocolate Chip Cookie (4 pk)

Brown butter and ghee come together here for a depth you won’t get from a standard chocolate chip cookie. Nutty, caramelized, and rich. Loaded with both chocolate chips and chunks for texture in every bite, crispy at the edges and soft, chewy in the middle. Finished with a chunk of Callebaut chocolate baked right on top so it melts in as it bakes, plus a sprinkle of Maldon sea salt to cut the sweetness and let the caramel notes shine.

A note on freshness: Our cookies contain real chocolate and no preservatives, so how you store them matters. If it’s warm out, chocolate may soften in transit, simply pop the cookies in the freezer for a few minutes to firm back up.

For best results, store cookies in the freezer (they’ll keep for up to a month). To enjoy, thaw on the counter for a few minutes, then microwave for about 10 seconds, they’ll taste just as fresh as the day they were baked.
