Carrot Halwa Cookie (4pk)

Inspired by gajar ka halwa, one of Pakistan’s most beloved desserts, reimagined in cookie form. Brown butter grounds the dough, folded with dehydrated carrots, warm cardamom and cinnamon, toasted almonds, cashews, and pistachios, and rich mawa mixed throughout and pressed on top. Every bite carries that same warm, spiced richness as the original, just in cookie form.

A note on freshness: These cookies are made with real dairy and no preservatives, so how you store them matters. For best results, store in the freezer (they’ll keep for up to a month). To enjoy, thaw on the counter for a few minutes, then microwave for about 10 seconds they’ll taste just as fresh as the day they were baked.
