Our brown butter chocolate chip dough, stuffed with a pistachio cream and toasted kataifi filling — inspired by the viral Dubai chocolate bar. Topped with crushed pistachios and finished with a pistachio-white chocolate bark on top. Crispy at the edges, soft and chewy in the middle, with that same rich, nutty filling in every bite. 

Each order comes with 6 cookies. Shipping via UPS is calculated separately at checkout.

A note on freshness: Our cookies contain real chocolate and no preservatives, so how you store them matters. If it’s warm out, chocolate may soften in transit, simply pop the cookies in the freezer for a few minutes to firm back up.

For best results, store cookies in the freezer (they’ll keep for up to a month). To enjoy, thaw on the counter for a few minutes, then microwave for about 10 seconds, they’ll taste just as fresh as the day they were baked.
